Tuition is due at registration for the current month and is non-refundable.

A non-refundable registration fee is required yearly of all students at the time of registration. There is a $10 non-refundable re-start fee for any student that drops & wishes to re-register within in same dance season.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition is based on 4 weeks in a month. There is no additional charge for those months with 5 weeks; however, there is no proration of tuition for months which may contain a Holiday closure. Tuition is paid through our automatic electronic fund transfer system from either a credit/debit card (MC, VISA, DISCOVER only) or a checking/savings account. Cash payments are acceptable; however, an authorized payment account must be placed on file. Cash tuition payments must be paid prior to the 1st in order to avoid having the account on file from being charged. Tuition, registration fees, and costume fees are NON_REFUNDABLE for any reason. A $25 late fee will be applied to any account not paid in full by the 10th of each month. A $25 NSF fee will be applied for all declined transactions.
There are NO REFUNDS. If there is an extreme circumstance such as a broken bone, severe illness, etc. a doctor's note given to us immediately will allow your account to be put on HOLD until you can resume classes.
Good attendance is necessary to ensure maximum progress and enjoyment of the class. Alta Loma Dance Academy reserves the right to have students who come more than 10 minutes late to sit & observe class only. This is for the safety of the dancer.
There is a $150 recital fee required of every student participating in any recital. This fee goes to cover the costs associated with putting on the production. Included in your recital fee are 2 complimentary tickets to the show & your dancer's grand finale t-shirt! Check your monthly newsletter or the Front Desk for due dates!
Recital and performance costume selections will be posted & made available for purchase on our online store and/or the Front Desk at various times throughout the year. Strict timelines will be announced and adhered to for timely ordering of your dancer's costume(s). Once these deadlines have passed, no student will be allowed to join in the corresponding performance/rectal. All ordering instructions & deadlines are announced in the studio, in your monthly newsletter, & available at the Front Desk. Pricing for the costumes will be available on the site. All ordered costumes will be delivered to the studio and distributed to parents only!
You may add classes to your schedule by visiting your Parent Portal HERE or in person at the Front Desk. Please note: upon adding a class, tuition for the current month will be due immediately. In the event that classes are added mid-month, additional tuition for the added class will be prorated.
Fall/Spring: To withdraw from any class a parent or adult student must:
- Inform the studio administration in person prior to the 15th of the month
- Complete & sign a withdraw form provided by the Studio
- If notification is given on the 15th of the month or later, a $25 drop fee will be due & charged immediately
